Donation Policy

1. Purpose

Tapobhumi Foundation is committed to transparency and accountability in all our fundraising activities. This Donation Policy outlines the guidelines for making donations, usage of funds, and donor rights.

2. Use of Donations

All donations received are used exclusively for our initiatives, including education, food distribution, environmental conservation, and social welfare projects.

Donations may be allocated to specific causes as per the donor’s request, provided it aligns with our mission.

Any excess funds for a particular initiative will be redirected to other programs in need.

3. Payment Methods

We accept donations through:

  • Online payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking)
  • Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS)
  • Cash and cheque deposits at our registered office

4. Tax Exemption & Receipts

Donations to Tapobhumi Foundation are eligible for tax benefits under applicable laws (such as 80G).

Donors will receive an acknowledgment and tax-exempt receipt within 7 working days of making the donation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations once made cannot be refunded unless there is a technical error or duplicate payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction along with proof of payment.

6. Donor Privacy

We respect donor confidentiality and do not share personal details with third parties.

Secure encryption methods are used to protect financial transactions.

7. Corporate & Institutional Donations

Organizations can partner with us for CSR contributions and receive compliance documentation.

Custom agreements can be arranged for large donations or sponsorships.
